We’ve all endured loss, pain, and grief in one form or another, and who among us would ask for more of the same? Yet we also realize that our suffering led to changes that awakened aspects of our lives which we would have not otherwise discovered. If pain has gifts to give, and it does, then how might we cooperate with and facilitate that gifting process? Part grief workshop, part philosophical inquiry, this challenging, restorative session will help us take on life’s inevitable setbacks with renewed resilience, gratitude, and grace.
